When drafting final account agreements, we will oversee the following:
- All works by the mentioned parties are properly listed, assessed, and compensated for.
- All the relevant and accurate costs will be taken into account.
- All basis for the project is covered, including claims for loss.
- Besides confirming the agreement, contractors will ensure that relevant documentation is in place.
To confirm the final account, we will outline cost reports and confirm the final account for review prior to submission. We will also advise clients on the final cost of the project. Calculating the final contracts involves preparing and making adjustments to the contract sum. The contract sum is the total amount to be paid to the contractor for the work.
